Project Description

Blackhawk was initially contracted to renovate all 144 units of this complex. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the investors canceled the project midway through. However, Blackhawk completed the renovation of the fitness center, the leasing office and 57 apartment units, before the project was canceled. The apartments consisted of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models.

Blackhawk Construction also completed the extensive exterior renovation scope which included replacing all garage doors, site fencing, swimming pool remodel, landscaping, exterior painting of all 17 buildings and BBQ Area remodels.
