Mesa Counts on College
Mesa Counts on College, Mesa Community College, and Mesa Public Schools integrated resources and efforts to expand access to higher education and increase college completion. The result was this sleek and modern facility. The tenant improvement project encompassed the repair, remodel, and reconstruction of 4,700 square feet of office space including interior finishes, cabinetry, electrical/lighting systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, and Information Technology systems. This HUD financed project features high-end Level 5 finishes throughout.
Blackhawk Construction, LLC coordinated with multiple owner entities during construction. The tenant improvement was located on the 2nd floor of an existing occupied building and Blackhawk was able to manage all construction activities without causing any disruption to other building tenants.
